- Tuition is non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Tuition is due on or before the first lesson of the month.
- Tuition may be mailed, hand-delivered, or dropped in the postal slot at the studio.
- There will be a $30 fee for returned (NSF) checks.
- There will be a $30 late fee per month for accounts whose tuition is not paid by the 10th of the month.
- Should a student stop attending classes, tuition will be charged until the studio has been notified, in
written form, of the students’ withdrawal. - Should tuition become TWO months’ delinquent, the student will be asked to only observe their
classes until the account is current.
The studio is asking that all families set up their payments on a monthly draft with their banks, through automatic bill pay. This will alleviate incurring unnecessary late fees.
We are no longer able to accept credit cards or post dated checks.**
E-MAIL ADDRESS ~~ To be more eco-friendly, we are now doing most of our communication
electronically. If we do not have your email address on file, be sure to update with us so you
don’t miss out on reminders and other communications.
ENROLLMENT FEES: There will be a $20.00 fee for each student within the family. Please
complete, sign, and date the enclosed registration form. Return completed form along with
appropriate enrollment fees to DanceCamp Studio. This is to be done on shoe/enrollment day.
Students will NOT be allowed to participate in class until the SIGNED enrollment form is
returned to the office. BOTH Parents (if applicable) need to sign form!!
LATE FEE POLICY: The policy concerning late fees is as follows… any tuition payment not
received by the 10th of the month, regardless of which day of the week the 10th may fall, will
incur a $30.00 late fee. NO EXCEPTIONS!!
